For months now we have tried to get our oven door handle and microwave handle fixed… obviously still has not been resolved. Then for the last two weeks there has been trash all over the main pull in… extremely welcoming if I must say. A few months ago a dead body was pulled out of the pond next to the complex. That really goes to show how the area is definitely getting worse. The pool has been closed several time this year alone and the hot tub seems to always be closed. The staff is nice but the absolute lack of communication to the staff is unbelievable. I shouldn’t have to wait months to get maintenance which I am sure was not documented properly so that will be something “ we broke” when really it couldn’t be the ancient appliances provided. The rent continues to increase without anything to show for it. We aren’t gated even the gates have been gone for 3 or 4 years but I can almost guarantee we are all paying for gates we don’t have.
All in all the complex isn’t that nice and the you can’t get any work done even though on all the reviews they want to say the resident satisfaction is important to them. It definitely is not a priority at all! Basically the nicest part of the entire complex is the main office if you can over look the trash when you park outside of it. ****As seen below*****
4 year Great Tenant always pay. Washer caught fire and smoked 4 weeks ago still no replacement. I don't blame office staff but management is horrible if they can't make executive decisions. As a contractor they'd be fired after a week of poor performance.....
Update my washer was replaced with new one. Took a few months but they finally got it done.

I was so excited to see this apartment complex as it was only a few minutes from where my husband is going to be working. We drove down from Pensacola, which was a 6.5 hour drive, to view apartments. We visited on a Saturday and when we got to Walden Lake Apartments we first got lost in the complex and couldn’t find the leasing office. Finally, we got to the office about 15 minutes before closing and only wanted to see a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit, not too much to ask for. The lady was on her computer and was not helpful at all saying that we can make an appointment and come back Monday since it was close to closing time. We explained we drove 6.5 hours and were leaving early Monday morning and couldn’t wait til 10am when they opened. She seemed very lazy and I was shocked to see someone so unhelpful and rude. I wish I could speak to management because there was plenty of time to show us one unit which would’ve taken just a few minutes. Seems like she didn’t want to do any more work for the day and wanted to leave early. I’m glad after reading other reviews that we didn’t waste our time with this place but it was such nasty service that I was so upset and had to leave a review. I wish the hospitality was much better and I hope management really handles this or else they will continue to lose customers.
Kassandra treated me with kindness, listened to my problem, and helped me resolve my issues within minutes of the leasing office being open. Her customer service is second to none!
Tons of random extra charges for a terribly filthy residence. Clearly a scam. Apartment had food grime on the baseboards, urine on the toilet bowl seat and burn marks on the countertops from cigarettes. Roach corpses and spiders litter the apartment and even inside the fridge, Cob webs everywhere. Property manager (Daniel) does not respond or fix issues. They charge a move out cleaning fee $175 but they just pocket most of it by the looks of things here. My dryer doesn’t even work. I regret moving in here and I only been here a week. It’s disgusting and they don’t give a damn about the residents. They even left an eviction notice on my door for the previous resident and didn’t bother contacting me or removing it.
I've put in a maintenance request twice for my dishwasher not working, and both times they were "completed" with no one even coming to look at it! No reason given, just marked as done! Not to mention the multiple requests (4 in the last month) for my A/C not blowing cold air and getting up to 90 degrees inside! I haven't had any problems before, but definitely not satisfied right now.
